What happens after I submit my Request for a Quote?After we receive your quote request we will reply to your email with a final quotation and design. Once we have your approval, your table will go into production and before you know it your table will be on its way.

How long will it take to build my table?A three to four week delivery time is definitely worth the wait. Producing high quality tables takes time, effort, reliance on suppliers and most of all - consistent quality control at all stages of production. If there is going to be a delay we will notify you.

Can I make changes to the order I have already placed?Yes, however, after the final quotation is accepted no changes will be accepted.

What are my Payment Options?EFT – Once the quote is accepted a 50% deposit is required and final payment before delivery. What are your Shipping/ Delivery OptionsDelivery in the Johannesburg region will be free. Delivery costs will be quoted on the final quotation before approval.

What is your Cancellation Policy?Once the final quotation is accepted, no cancellation will be accepted and the 50% deposit will be forfeited.

What is your Return Policy?The tables are made to custom design and thus cannot be returned. However, in the event your table is damaged on delivery, a new table will be made.
